This community has fairy tales beauty. The management does fantastic job to maintain it. I am a new owner of a house here. I am so glad that I make a good choice
TRUCK DRIVERS BEWARE: The HOA here doesn't maintain the trees within the community. I'm a contractor that drives a large 12 foot tall truck, and the top of my truck was smacking every tree on the way to my destination, leaving a trail of broken branches behind me. Multiple stop signs and crosswalk signs are blocked by low-hanging branches as well. My truck is now covered in acorns, broken branches, and scratches.
