I rented a place from them in the West Village, what I would consider expensive >10k/month and Mike Lonescu was aggressive and he acted as we were his employee. He sent us someone who attacked us verbally. Stay away from this company, I felt my safety while renting from them.

The management person I spoke to was incredibly rude, saying that he doesn’t have time to answer any hypothetical questions. Mike needs to learn better manners and stop interrupting people when they are talking. Update: after 3 months of living here: toilet seat was broken upon moving in, virtual doorman intercom has been broken upon moving in (and still not fixed), 6 different lightbulbs have burned out, excessive leaking under the sink every time the dish washer is being used, clogged shower drain upon first time turning o... read more

I moved to Springfield from Pennsylvania at the beginning of the year. I was renting from Village Reality When I reported my move I asked if there were any apartments available in the city. I filled out an application online I had fast approval it was that easy.

This is the third time that I have rented a new apartment with Village Reality. They are great to deal with. They have my application from previous moves. The only thing I had to do was to provide a digital signature for my new place.
