Absolutely horrific experience renting from Mike Ionescu. I should’ve known something was wrong when he originally demanded three months’ security deposit, which is illegal in Pennsylvania—the max is two months. It was all downhill from there. The second red flag was when we were unable to secure an account for the electric right before we moved in.
