We needed an apartment that would take dogs immediately in the Oceanside area and found this hidden gem. We read some bad reviews about 'military' families being loud and difficult, that almost put us off applying, but our experience with all the diverse families here was very positive. Our immediate neighbors were friendly and helpful, the staff and management outstanding, and the apartment and amenities clean and modern. For a large apartment complex, we found it very quiet.
