Old, small room; manager sucks The apartment is about 30 years old. No balcony, no place for a walk or for child play, only tiny yard (4X6 feet) for first floor, small storage space. Lots of things just wear out. The units face to the street is only less 10 feet away from the traffic. Half of the units are facing the north so never get sunshine.
