The manager's assistance are so rude, dismissive and disrespectful. The one name Kayla in particular. It is a very unsafe and dirt environment. DO NOT RENT HERE, if you feel you have other choices. You WILL be miserable as the office people in the main building ☹☹☹☹
Probably the worst apartment complex i have ever rented from in my entire life, since i moved in so many things have gone wrong and if you expect things to get fixed in a short amount of time you are wrong. Every problem i have had with my apartment it takes them 2-3 weeks to come out and fix, not to mention them ignoring phone calls. staff is super rude and unreliable
Awful. Can't wait to leave, claimed to have fixed my back door. They didn't. Bugs bugs bugs, and have only seen pest control twice for my building. Also people seem to enjoy using power tools starting at 8am. Oh did I mention I tried to break my lease, but when asking the office about it I got hung up two times only to be told you can't. This place is the worst in the area compared to all the other complexes.
The office people are pure TRASH!!! Especially , Kayla!!!
