I love the personalized and gentle attention from front desk to technicians to doctors. They all truly care about their patients and take the time to explain everything as well as provide options. My dog never gets upset walking in there. 😊
So glad that my girl Lulu is being seen by this practice. Susan is a great front desk ambassador. Dr. Gibbs is great maintaining Lulu's current conditions and diagnosing new problems. He researched where we could purchase medications at a more affordable price. The entire staff are helpful and welcoming.

We have been incredibly happy clients of Dr. Jorgensen’s and the entire Village Veterinary Practice for close to 15 years. We’ve had four dogs over the years and all of them cared for to the fullest. They are a bright, well educated and compassionate practice that we are lucky to have in the community.
The good vets have been taking care of our dogs for 15+ years and they are exceptional. They are strong scientists and compassionate human beings. All service encounters should be as welcoming as every encounter with Village Vets is. And Kody and Maddy, love the treats... yum, yum.
One of my two dogs is SO nervous... the stress of getting in the car and "waiting patiently" in a lobby for an appointment was so stressful for everyone involved. I found Village Veterinary online this week, reached out and set up an appointment. Susan was great helping us with the appointment and paperwork. Dr. Green and Derek came here today for our first visit, vaccinations, etc and if I could give 6 stars, I would.
