RecommendedDr. Bangert and the staff at Village Vet have worked so hard to help me care for my adopted German Shepherd. My dog came to us with an infected spay incision and the staff immediately recognized the infection and had her in surgery the same day. The infection was caused by MRSA and has required so much work from Dr. Bangert and the staff. I am so appreciative of their help and very happy with the care that my dog has received.
The entire staff at Village vet has usually been very kind to me and my pup. Recently he went in to get his rabies vaccine and I was called about a month later and informed the vaccine had been expired. I appreciated the call and the offer for a free vet visit to get the new vaccine and was promised a "free gift" as their apology... The "free gift"? $5 to Starbucks... I just feel that this is not enough of an apology.
Dr. Trimble, Katy and the rest of the staff at Village Vet helped me with my kitty, Lady, when she got ill at the old age of 17. When I came into the office for her last day, they quickly took me to a room to be with her. Dr. Trimble was kind, compassionate and answered many questions with patience. And flowers were delivered with condolences from the office. I am so grateful for the treatment provided to me and Lady in a time of grief.
Dr. Carrie Trimble worked overtime to accommodate me when I had stupidly overbooked and could not keep my appointment. This is a clinic with capable and dedicated Drs. who make their services as affordable as possible. The Drs. are also good at explaining conditions in a way that is understandable.
Thank you for loving our big 30 pound cat George.you took such good care of him all through his uears although he died at the emergency vett I just want to thank you for all your care and now thank you for taking care of miss Nellie especially when she got hit by a car and you got me in 15 minutes from the time it happened
