I really can't express how fabulous this place is! We've been with them for over 10 years! Unfortunately we had to visit them twice in one week..... One for one of our dog being attacked by another dog then later in week we had to put our other dog down due to old age I can't express the compassion we felt from them and know they helped Zander go peacefully as I held him...They are amazing and make you feel like family! Highly recommend! We now live closer but I use to drive all the way from tonawanda for them!
Asked to speak to the doctor who saw our kitten (Dr.Sumners) and after asking her "too many questions" she hung up on us. Yes I said hung up on us. Needless to say we cried and switched vets. Switched to a vet that actually cares, knows what their doing and has patience and compassion to not only our pets but to us as owners. What a terrible experience. Did a BBB complaint and closed that door. DO NOT GO HERE.
I have taken my pets there for years and will continue to do so! They have always been there when one of my pets needed them. I recommend them all the time to others.
I just wanted to express my gratitude to staff here. Unfortunately my dog was bitten by a neighbors dog last night and even knowing I don't currently go here they were happy to help my little buddy out. They were friendly, helpful, and considerate throughout the entire process. I recommend them and I plan on going to see them again, this time on better terms.
I can't say enough good things about this place!!! Imagine a veterinary clinic that actually cares about helping animals and easing the owners minds and not about how much money they can take from you. Very caring and compassionate people who work here and even after you leave the clinic they call to check in on your animal. This is a top notch veterinary clinic and I truly believe the STAFF are the key to this.
