RecommendedExcellent holistic based practice. They took excellent care of my 14 year old poodle when she developed stress induced colitis.
I prefer a holistic practice for my loved creatures. Dr. Novak exceeded my expectations.
We were traveling through Ukiah visiting family. Our dog had a problem with his paw. We called and they squeezed us in. Poor dog had to be sedated to have a foxtail removed from his paw. We were so grateful. His wound was infected and he was in pain. They made time and our fur baby didn't have to wait until he got home to be taken care of. Thank you for your excellent care and service!
I should have done this a long time ago. I think the love Karen has for all animals is amazing. And the staff, they were so amazing when Lucky Pup (LP) was there for around 2 weeks after being hit by a car. Getting him to eat... they found that he loved chicken. And were so good about giving him his pain meds. And, they were so kind to me. Of course, now if we need him to eat or take a pill, rotisserie chicken does it. He's just a little spoiled. :) Thank you Mendocino Village Vet!
Dr. Novak is loving and caring and also practical and down to earth. She takes a very studied, but common sense approach when giving advice.
