RecommendedI have been a long-time customer of Village Vet for over 20 years. I have had a multitude of dogs ,cats and even a bunny. I have always received wonderful care with the personal touch of a small town vet. They have a caring staff and offer exceptional care.
Do NOT take your pets here!!They charged me 3x for the same bill, claimed it was an 'accident' and would be refunded...then never refunded it!! To the tune of $600!!!
you guys are puppy killers.
My son took his Cane Corso puppy to this shady place yesterday to have her ears docked. She died sometime during the procedure. They are refusing to give us any of the surgical reports or details of what actually happened to her. She was a healthy puppy and they killed her! Do NOT take your pets to this facility! The police had to be called just for them to hand over her body. Terrible place!
DO NOT TAKE UR ANIMALS HERE. We dropped off our 11wk old cane corso to have her ears docked. They caled us 6 hours later and told us our puppy has a “reaction” and had passed away. She overmedicated our dog. They refused to give us our dog until they were closed 3.5 hours later bc it was “innapropriate” to bring our dog they the lobby with other clients there. Dishonest and very unprofessional. I would not trust them with your beloved fur babies.
Below is the e-mail I sent to the Ohio board for Veterinarians. I am truly appalled by this entire situation. If you have had good luck here, God bless you, but I must categorically say this veterinarian can be in no way recommended and has extremely questionable professional ethics. I received my cat back today from a spay surgery. I dropped her off at the Village Vet in Waterville Ohio at 8:45 AM yesterday as agreed. RecommendedMy 3 orphan kittens had their first check up today. Everyone was super nice! Pretty sure they had fun handling the kittens. Great prices. We scheduled our next visit! 😊
