There have been some changes recently at Village Veterinarian and not for the better. Although we had an appointment we never got to see the vet after waiting nearly 1.5 hrs. Others with appointments after ours were taken back while we were left to wait. When we asked what was going on the office staff had no explanation and said they told the office manager, who never bothered to come out. The best! Dr. Valdez has prolonged the life of two of my dogs! I travel two hours to see him. When it comes to my pets and Dr. Valdez, I would travel for two days... Thank- you so much... What you have done for me and my pets!
