Every time I go into this shop I'm always well greeted and feel welcomed. I brought my car in to get my starter swapped and it only took a day and it worked perfectly and haven't had any problems yet. I will definitely be returning if I have any other problems with my car because I'm sure they'll know what to do. Overall was a great experience.
These guys always treat me great, I have been going to them for over 20 years with all my transmission service and repairs. They even work on my truck and Car when needed, I have never had a failure yet. They have even let me use the loaner van when I was in a pinch, great customer service!!! It's would be great if everyone treated their clients as well as I was treated at Village Transmission. I'd never heard of them before AAA recomended them to me and I wasn't prepared to feel as at home as I did working with them. Great experience. I brought my Mercedes in for a basic repair but asked them to try to find the cause of something that was making it very hard to enjoy driving. Unplugged lights Went in for a oil change. Came out with no brake lights or back up lights. They offered to look into it and fix them. I said no. Got home and found out the lights were just unplugged. They were working before.....
Never Again – I needed a 30,000 mile service done on my Hyundai Tucson, The dealership quoted me $470. I called Village Transmission as there were near where I live and I thought, "They have to be less expensive than a dealership, Right?" WRONG. They would not quote me a price up front and instead told me that they would just see what needed to be done and do only that to save the customer money. Village Transmission stands behind their work and puts customers first! Years ago we brought our 1998 minivan in for transmission problems, which Village Transmission fixed right away. Unfortunately, after the warrantee expired, the problem recurred. As soon as we contacted Village Transmission, they sent a tow truck brought our van to their shop. Thanks so much for the quick and excellent service! Curt was wonderful in getting his techs here to check out my car, in getting someone to tow the car to the shop, and then in getting it back to me! The problem didn't have anything to do with the battery; it was a new problem: frozen condensation. My mother always told me to keep my gas tank full; I hate it when my mother is right! Take Your Car Somewhere Else I was having transmission issues with my classic Cadillac so I trusted these guys to take a look and do the necessary repairs. What a mistake. They failed to follow any of my special care advice for the car and left it out of gas and with a dead battery in their salvage yard when I came to pick it up.
