I will never recommend this company driving down M13 yesterday last night about 9:45 p.m. your flatbed truck guns it out of your parking lot not paying attention to traffic and does almost have 360 in the middle of M 13 almost causing an accident causing me to go off the road because I didn't want to get hit you need to look at your driver's a little bit better. My family and the other vehicles around we're at risk!
We had another towing company lined up - with an estimate of $80 - and the cops called Village Towing without our knowledge. They knew we had to pay everything out of pocket and work early the next morning yet they charged us $250 (minus $50 due to the poor office staff) and we had to wait for them to go on another call while they left us on the side of the road! They did there job, but not good on holding there word. Just out to make a quick buck, doesnt matter if they screw ya in the process.
Love them!! I was stranded on the side on I-75 with my two young girls and my mom...Eddy and his son were beyond wonderful on helping us get on our way. Thank you!!
Great work friendly service and done in a reasonable amount of time.
