As a tenant,our stay for more than two years here had been great as the building and its environment is very well kept and maintained .the staff is always available everytime we nned their service, We highly recommend this apartment for its convenience and easy access to transportation,school, church, groceries and community cetre and parks.

Waste of time
I have been a tenant at this place for more than a year and my experience had only been great with this place. The property mangers are the best I have ever had, both Stella and Jevy are very kind and extremely helpful. The property is clean, well maintained and organized. It is one of the most convenient locations with walkable distances to grocery stores, TTC, Banks or pharmacy. All is all it is a great place and recommended.
