I have visited here many times over the past 18 years, and it's always been clean and looking nice. The staff has always been cordial and helpful.
I would like to thank Sonia the manager she was so kind and helpful and for giving us a place to call "home" as we were going to be homeless. We appreciate everything she did for us. Cody, he is maintenance and he is very friendly and fixes any issues right away.
I moved into Village Tower just recently. I am so thankful to the leasing manager Sonja she was very helpful. Extremely professional and kind!! Through communication I provided all of the information needed for her to process my application. I feel at home 🏡. I feel safe she is the best very competent 😊. Thank you so much
I have been on the waiting list here for 2 years, calling every 4 months and even traveling up to Prescott three times as I could not get anyone to return my call. I have email this company from Linda to Cody to Sonja, and called HUD 4 times over this place. When I called in June 2023 Sonja told me it would still be after the new year even though I was just number 16 on the list when I signed up. Spoke with Sonja today. Sonja is a blessing! She provided me with well thought out information. She explained the process in detail. She was very patient and helped understand things. She showed a lot of passion for the town and community. I hope I can leave California and become a resident some day. I would recommend Village Tower to anyone because in Sonja.
