The Village Tag Agency, née The Mail Room, was a staple of the Village for all things vehicle related, notarizing, faxing, packaging and mailing. There’s always been one grumpy woman who now is just flat out rude. It was bought several years ago and although it has been renovated inside, it seems the attitudes of the staff are only getting worse. It’s literally 3 blocks or so from my house and I don’t plan on going back there again.
