Becca needs to learn the basics of customer service. I was rushed through my haircut and when I mentioned that I was not happy with the length she left and the fact that the blending was choppy she spent one more minute and then basically told me she was not doing more. Will never return and will let anyone who will listen what a terrible experience I had.

Lack of professionalism from Becca. If you’re not going to treat the clients with respect and you’re just going rush through then you should let someone else handle that customer. You expect to get paid just as much as the client expects to have a good haircut. Brenda, stepped in and did her best to FIX the mess.
