The community is cheap. It's affordable for the area. However, the attention to the tenant is non-existent. I've complained about so many things. Most recently. I submitted a work order about my dishwasher turning off mid cycle 21 days ago. 8 days ago, I submitted another work order for clogged sink. The maintenance techinician came into my apartment just for the clogged sink but the oldest workorder he ignored it. I sent an email to the leasing team, and it was also ignored. Lived here about 3 years ago and SM management was great. Maintenance issues were responded to promptly. No issues with the security deposit once we left. The apartment itself was beautiful. Definitely enjoyed my time there.
. I don’t like that we’re not able to control the A/C all year long, it has been warm to hot at various times in my apartment .. especially during spring sometimes really hot, A/C still not working
I would not recommend or let anyone I know live in this apartment, they rip off money for utilities, If you pay rent by credit card you have pay extra $60 online platform fees, laundry is horrible, mold and infestation, they loose paperwork, if you go on vacation you still have to pay almost $100 for water and sewer, you have to give 60 days notice to vacate or they will make you pay a penalty, we had to wait more than a month to get our security deposit that also after calling and going to the office many times, The office ... read more
