Rental office is very rude. New property Kaitlyn manager has no time for the residents. She is nasty. Community is full of trash. Use to be beautiful. Its like living in Baltimore city. Can tell they just dont care anymore? very sad..Cant wait to move!!!

Can't wait to move! There is absolutely no parking at night. Floorboards are weak & you can hear ALL the footsteps from the people above you. Walls are thin, I actually hear me next door neighbor snoring at night. Plus you hear the pipes whenever anyone flushes or takes a shower. Don't move here if you can avoid it
Dont come here if you have children the park is always trashed and graffitied!
Secure doors always broken, always a problem with the water, management is unprofedsional. I wouldnt recommend this complex at all.
Parking is an issue. It's annoying when people park in your assigned spot. Also there seems to be an issue with the lock on the main door to get into the building. Not sure what that's all about. I'm also having an issue with my carpet and I'm hoping that the Property Manager will work with me to get the issue resolved. So far she's not telling me what I want to hear and she's also not listening to what I have to say. I'm up for renewal and she basically said she hasn't processed my renewal and I'm free to go elsewhere or sh... read more
