I lived here for 3 years. Kathy & Steve are great property managers! They are nice and prompt. They do an amazing job addressing and taking care of tenant needs. 🥰
I lived here for 3 years. Kathy & Steve are great property managers! They are nice and prompt. They do an amazing job taking care of tenant needs. The only reason why I had to move was because of financial difficulties. I would have remained a tenant because I really like the townhouse lifestyle. 🥰
I gave 2 stars because the neighborhood is quiet. Although the $25 annual rent increase was in the lease so this was no surprise but 1 of the reasons I moved after 3 years is my we Energies bill was getting out of hand. The townhome is already warm normally upstairs including the winter months so I typically turn my heat on no more than 3 times during winter. However my bill was pretty high.
