I lived here for 3 years. Kathy & Steve are great property managers! They are nice and prompt. They do an amazing job addressing and taking care of tenant needs. 🥰
I lived here for 3 years. Kathy & Steve are great property managers! They are nice and prompt. They do an amazing job taking care of tenant needs. The only reason why I had to move was because of financial difficulties. I would have remained a tenant because I really like the townhouse lifestyle. 🥰
I gave 2 stars because the neighborhood is quiet. Although the $25 annual rent increase was in the lease so this was no surprise but 1 of the reasons I moved after 3 years is my we Energies bill was getting out of hand. The townhome is already warm normally upstairs including the winter months so I typically turn my heat on no more than 3 times during winter. However my bill was pretty high. Very Quiet building. The managers are very quick to respond to all of my needs no matter the time of day. The neighbors are friendly and personable. The School District is impeccable, full of teachers who care about your children's learning.
