Had so many problems with our apartment that never got fixed.. the landlord played favoritisms with renters, the apparments are over priced plus I don’t even know how the one on 1516 Richmond is even legal the way the dryer vent was ran is a fire hazard, the air conditioning leaked plus never worked.. always got told it would be fixed but never was. Electric bill for a 1 bedroom apartment was 240 bucks !!! Now we pay 130 dollars for a 2 bedroom. Pretty sure they have the wiring rigged up somewhere plus so so much more. would... read more
