This place had the rudest thing sitting at the check in desk when I walked in 15 minutes early as a new patient on a Monday afternoon. There was someone else standing at the check in desk, so I took a seat in an "empty" waiting room. I noticed this patient was just standing there while this thing at the desk took phone calls, stared at a computer screen and it eventually took the time to help this person.
