Doctor is ok but their system & customer service is very poor. In my visit, doctor was busy with other patient & the new comer was trying to finish my dental xray. Once she is done, doctor said all the xrays are incomplete & they have to perform the xrays again!!! What!!! They don’t care about patients time & value. Also, you will never get the customer service executives over the phone while you need them. I've left them 4-5 voicemails to ask to make an appointment and they have not called me back. I've been calling them for the past two weeks since I'm a new patient. Very disappointed.
My dental hygienist is outstanding, very thorough cleanings and explains things so that I understand. I have had three different dentists while going here, they were all very good
