They overcharge for everything — there’s a fee for literally everything. The electricity is way more expensive than normal, and when they fix something, it’s done poorly. The staff is unprofessional, and when you go to the office, they don’t treat you professionally either. Honestly, if you don’t want a headache, don’t come live here
Terrible experience with this leasing office. They allowed workers into my apartment without my permission, moved and removed my belongings, and even broke several of my items — including my baby’s swing and playpen worth over $500. Instead of taking responsibility, they charged a “leasing violation fee.” While they already had their work done. Very nice, safe, fun, quiet, clean place to live, w/24-hr., outdoor motion sensor lights. Pet-Friendly Community with a Dog Park. I’ve lived here over 11 years & love it here!! Very nice Clubhouse w/Tablets for Internet Use, acceptance & signing for Resident Packages, cold drinks & snacks, etc. Lots of wonderful amenities, especially the beautiful, huge, Olympic sized Pool, up to 10’ deep. Honestly, don’t move here! Some Ignorant staffing, things have been going downhill. I have been in village square for 5 years and management and staffing went downhill. Issues with kids playing around in the gym, vaping in the bathrooms. I still yet to have proper keys to the laundry room because maintenance has yet to give me a correct key for the room, constant change to car parking, valet trash is a joke which they don’t want to do their jobs half the time, either leaving a note that trash is too heavy ( over 50 lbs) whic... read more
