Very nice, safe, fun, quiet, clean place to live, w/24-hr., outdoor motion sensor lights. Pet-Friendly Community with a Dog Park. I’ve lived here over 11 years & love it here!! Very nice Clubhouse w/Tablets for Internet Use, acceptance & signing for Resident Packages, cold drinks & snacks, etc. Lots of wonderful amenities, especially the beautiful, huge, Olympic sized Pool, up to 10’ deep. Honestly, don’t move here! Some Ignorant staffing, things have been going downhill. I have been in village square for 5 years and management and staffing went downhill. Issues with kids playing around in the gym, vaping in the bathrooms. I still yet to have proper keys to the laundry room because maintenance has yet to give me a correct key for the room, constant change to car parking, valet trash is a joke which they don’t want to do their jobs half the time, either leaving a note that trash is too heavy ( over 50 lbs) whic... read more
I’ve lived here for a year now and just renewed my lease for another year - it’s been a great experience all around. The property is well-maintained. The trash service is super convenient and reliable. My neighbors are friendly and respectful, and it’s been a quiet, comfortable place to call home.
