Needs to upgrade to LED lighting , needs onsite outdoor maintenance, repave the pavement , trim down tree limbs, not have such high garbage fees

I’ve called this property multiple times in the past 3 weeks in order to obtain leasing information and have been ignored each time very rude and unprofessional!

I am writing this in hopes to receive a response because I am at my wits end. I moved out of the Village Square at the end of November 2022. For the last 7 months NO ONE has gotten back to me regarding the status of my security deposit. I have spoken to property manager after property manager, each of them shrugging at me and telling me there is nothing they can do and that I will be gotten back to by a Christina McCleoud, who I have also emailed myself. Not a lot of support from maintenance or management. Also a higher-than-usual amount of crime associated with this complex. So hard to believe that this is an example of what can be rented for $1000.00 a month in the area.
