I’m very glad my wife and I are leaving this complex when our lease ends. Overall it’s been a very disappointing experience at this complex. Day one nothing was cleaned, the dishwasher was not screwed in nearly came down on me. The dishwasher never cleans the dishes properly and the pod keeps falling out. Our soap shelf in the bathroom is chipped noticed from the day we moved in and when we tried to at least get it touched up instead of remodeled the repair guy refused to do it. The washer/dryer was disgusting. They use the ... read more

Over the past year we have made many improvements to the community including new windows, door, and siding to all of our apartment homes. With all these upgrades being done sometimes some debris can get left behind. However, our maintenance staff and contractors were walking the property and cleaning up throughout the construction process to address anything left behind. Nice and quiet, but people NEVER clean up after their dogs!!! And management does NOTHING to enforce it.
such a friendly well maintained place. The added perks are amazing too!
