Im a 20 yr resident. It use to b nice but in the past 10 yrs or so 👎 wayyyy to many mgmt overturns, grounds arent kept or cleaned properly, maintenance riding around on golfcarts ALL the time, parking sucks and dont ever need something replaced because they will either tell u NO, give u used things because according to them its not cost effective until u move out!
RecommendedI have lived in Sea Aire since April 2017 and I couldn't be more content. Its clean, affordable, close to shopping and restaurants and public transportation. I know that my neighbors next door have been here for 7 years. Tenants live here a long time and are happy.
