RecommendedMy experience has been fairly good! Not too much too complain about. The neighbors are friendly. Only thing I would change is how parking works and how many spots each apartment gets.

24 hour emergency maintenance is a lie. The units look nice but they are old and run down. None of my closet doors are cut straight. I have been having AC problems all summer now it’s shot. The maintenance man yelled at me last week for calling the emergency line about the AC. The portable unit provided it not enough for a 2nd floor 2 bedroom apartment. Can not get ahold of FRG. Will not provide another unit. We are currently staying in a hotel for the safety of our 2 dogs.
I’d prefer not to slander this business due to the fact that the management that ruined their reputation (for me at least) is gone. Great potential but the previous management ruined it. Best of luck to Sea Aire, and I really hope whoever is in charge next pleases the residents.
I have lived here for 6 years! My unit has had the bathroom floor sinking for the last 8 month and nothing has been done! I am in the process of taking them to the landlord tenant court. People are rude at the office. Really don’t move in this place unless you have to! I can’t move myself at the moment due to some personal issues. And that is just the latest issue worth mentioning.
RecommendedThe service you receive from Jennifer Hamilton, Property Manager, Kaitlyn Patton, Leasing agent and the Maint. Div. headed by Bill is outstanding. The maint. division processes all requests for service in a timely manner . The entire team processed my transfer to another Bldg. in a caring, professional manner. A smooth move under the direction of the property manager Jennifer Hamilton. Landscaping is excellent. Snow removal is excellent under the direction of Bill. Maint Div. Supervisor.

RecommendedMy grandparents live at Barton run. They downsized from a home that they didn’t want to leave but could no longer keep up with it on their own. We went to the village it was a no brainer. The girls in the office were nice and they had a place close by on the bottom floor to the dog area for them and their older dog, parking was pretty close and it was the only place in the area that fit all of their heavy older wooden furniture and their needs .
