I've lived at Village Square since 2017. The condition of the streets around the complex are beyond terrible and getting worse. The potholes seem to be spaced about 500 feet apart. I just blew out a tire hitting one of their potholes that was filled with water this morning and had to buy a new tire, and tires are not cheap. They’re very efficient at raising the cost of living there, they should be just as efficient at repairing their streets. The maintenance here is absolutely horrible. For the amount of rent they charge, it’s completely unacceptable. The incompetence of the maintenance staff is on another level. Issues go unresolved for months, and there is always an excuse instead of an actual solution. On top of that, the potholes throughout the property have turned into craters that are guaranteed to cause tire or suspension damage. For the rent residents are paying, basic maintenance and property upkeep should not be this neglected.

I lived here in Village Square for about 10 months and honestly the experience was pretty disappointing for the amount of rent being charged (close to $1,900+ with utilities for one bedroom, 1 den apartment). The biggest issue for me was privacy. Every time maintenance came in, things were moved around unnecessarily. My paintings were moved, items inside cabinets were shifted, and even parts of the kitchen looked rearranged.
