My boyfriend and I wanted to apply to this apartment complex but the application process was a complete nightmare. First off, you have a have a credit score of 600 per person, you have to send numerous bank statements, pay stubs, and they also want contact information on pervious landlords and current employers; which is completely fine. Not a safe place to live. If your Packages get stolen, car gets vandalized or if you get robbed in the parking lot management will say sorry their is nothing we can do. The only camera they have is pointing at the dumpster because garbage being disposed of properly is more important then it’s residents safety.

Not worth dealing with the management here. Waste of time and money. Elsa will try her best to trap you in paper work and false communications. Don't be tricked.
