Christa really has taken pride in our property, she has improved our landscaping and redid the office. She also takes the time to know her tenants and help them when needed
Yes, my name is Frank Romero. I’ve lived here for about Six or seven years the first two years the manager was horrible but the one that took her place is the nicest person I’ve ever met. Since then I’ve received new tile kitchen bathrooms a new carpet a new stove. She is the best she holds parties for just about everything and she cares about everybody I would consider her my friend
I’ve been living here for seven years and my experience is terrible when April used to manage the Village Square, Apartments. It was clean. I mean there was no mode. It was a very beautiful place to live but as soon as the new Manager took over now we have dog crap all over the place you can’t walk without stepping on crap . Rats everywhere. this is a terrible place to live now as soon as I get a chance, I will be moving out. I’ve seen a lot of people move out because of that, but April was the best one they had yet. this on... read more
