It is an ok place to live except u can't get people to respect the quiet hours between 10 pm at night and 6 am in the morning and u have ur idiotic neighbors who think it's funny to run up and down the stairs like they are in boot camp just to be funny. U have people who are day sleepers because they work nights and the people who live around them slamming doors at all hours going in and out their squeaky patio doors stomping like elephants etc. Then when u tell the management about "smoking" going on they don't care. They always try their best to send someone out same day when something is needed, and yesterday was no different. Our ac went out and they worked hard to make sure we once again had a cool apartment ASAP.
Horrible!! I have reported them to the health department in lonoke county and will be taking further action, we have found 4 dead mice and one on the loose they are making us pay for rent the whole amount even though we won't be staying there and are very slow about sending someone out to check for the infested animals!
