There are a lot for foreigners who live here, they are very disrespectful and not very neighborly. Management walks around the property with a gun but is afraid so say something to the tenants. On the weekend there are a lot of drunk Mexicans who keep up a lot of noise and litter all over the parking lot, not to mention there are at least 3 abandon cars that they have wrecked and just left. Heard alot of bad things about those Apartments But many may not know that there is a access panel in the closet area that leads to the addic which lead to the Apartment next door closest.

These apartments are very haunted, there's been multiple deaths here throughout the years. I recommend anyone looking for apartment even though they are remodeling for your safety, the lights come on and off doors open and shut you can feel people touching you at night when you're sleeping. These apartments are built on Indian Graves. There has been multiple deaths at these Apartments due to it being haunted

Nice, quiet and the neighbors were nice and friendly. Felt safe, never had any problems. Up til the new owners came about 8 months ago. They've been remodeling which is great but what seems like never ending remodeling and loud demolition and construction can drive a person crazy. Not too mention the roaches and rats infestationit caused from tearing down the walls. We had to call/pay an exterminator. Wouldn't have recommend living there anytime soon
