I recently went to this store pat was very nice and the other lady was very nice as well they helped find patterns and materials I needed and also got me a pattern and fabric that I wasn’t looking for she also let me charge up my phone as it was dead as I was to meet my daughter in Charleston pat was very nice to me and I will be forever grateful to her for helping me
Traveling from the Buffalo NY area and found this WONDERFUL shop! Looks small from the front, but it is much larger inside than you would expect. The women here could not possibly be friendlier or more helpful. I felt right at home here. Fabulous selection of charts, threads, fabrics, Mill Hill kits etc. Something for everyone. Noticed a bit of counted canvas, painted canvas, and hardanger as well. Absolutely worth the trip to explore this little gem!

We enjoy going there to get wool and other yarn for rug repairs. They are all very friendly, good folks that you can trust. Always seems to be something going on there as well. Thank you!
I visited the Village Sampler today for the first time in many years and I am so happy I stopped by! Not only were the ladies there extremely helpful and friendly but the selection is out of this world! I could’ve spent hours in there browsing and talking. I will definitely be back, if for nothing else but to visit!
Delighted to find this little shop on a weekend retreat with some friends. Pat was so helpful and took time to share some helpful hints! We will make sure next time we are visiting to have time to stop and stitch with her! So many beautiful patterns to choose from! This is a treat for those who love cross stitch or have yet to realize they do! Dont miss this gem!
I visited the shop for the first time yesterday. I was greeted immediately when I arrived by Rhonda. She took my requests and filled them rather quickly. I had another appointment and didn't get to spend as much time as I wanted in the shop. If you are looking for a cross stitch store, I highly recommend this one for many reasons.
