Worst experience ever! Called and asked for a pacific person because of her reviews and the pictures I saw her do I was really looking forward to her cutting my hair. I get there and the sit me with someone else without telling me and that person couldn’t do the cut then the person that was supposed to originally do it says “oh I can do it but I don’t think we have time for the color! These are all things I explained I wanted and needed on the original call. And took off work early to visit this salon!! So disappointed!!!
I am updating my review to state that the salon has since called me back and offered to correct the service, which is all that I was initially requesting in the first place. I do appreciate the call back. Layla is the best! I've been going to her for over 3 years, and I wouldn't keep coming back if I didn't love what she does with my hair. She's thoughtful during consultations, really listens, and never makes me feel pressured when I ask about products. On top of that, she creates a comfortable, welcoming environment where I can truly relax and enjoy the experience every time.
I was so pleased with the results of my first visit to this salon. Layla took the time to learn my preferences and the end result was wonderful. I highly recommend the salon and Layla.
One star is generous. I booked a 9:00 AM appointment and my stylist LAYLA showed up 15 minutes late with zero acknowledgment no apology, no introduction, no professionalism from the start. I brought photos and tried to communicate what I wanted, but it was clear my input didn’t matter. The entire appointment was uncomfortable.
