Had a phenomenal treatment with Ms. Michaela Grove. Not only is she very knowledgeable, she also keeps up to date with current studies to make sure she is giving the best care possible. I had a really nice experience. Sam took the time to understand where my discomfort was coming from and focused on treating the root cause. It felt more thoughtful and knowledgeable than a typical massage. I left feeling relaxed, comfortable, and much better overall. I am so thankful, he is just great 😊
It is very hard to move to a new area, even harder to find a good massage therapist. I was very lucky and met Tarah! From my very first appointment, I knew I would be coming back. I get massages on a regular monthly basis due to low back pain and my job. Tarah makes most of the hour by working out all my issues! The right amount of pressure, the comfortable space, and the table warmer ….ahhh!!! Always at the end of my massage, I feel refreshed and ready to tackle my life for another month! I had the most amazing acupuncture session with Jasmine and I am still floating! From the second I walked in, she made me feel so comfortable and truly cared for. She really listened to what was going on with my body and explained everything in the calmest, most reassuring way. The treatment itself was soooo relaxing, I actually felt all the tension leave my body. I walked out feeling lighter, calmer, and honestly just more grounded.
