What I appreciate most about this clinic is their genuine commitment to patient satisfaction. Shannon, the clinic manager, is an absolute pleasure to interact with—she truly listens and takes patient feedback seriously, which is incredibly refreshing to see. My massage therapist, Tarah, is one of the best I’ve had the pleasure of working with. She has helped me immensely with my pain and combines kindness, knowledge, and exceptional technique in her care.
I scheduled massage with Tarah Campbell based on the Google reviews. I was completely impressed with her techniques. She requested the purpose of the visit and ensured I am comfortable throughout the session. She also explained few tips to follow for my shoulder and feet pain after the session. I would definitely recommend this place. Staff are very professional and sweet.
Edit from 1 Star to 5 Star: Firstly I would like to acknowledge the owner Laura, for personally reaching out and coming across as empathetic, down to earth and compassionate. I had no interest in going back, as I'm sure I could find another massage place. I’ve had a few disappointing massages in Whitby, so I was sceptical to try another new place that barely rubbed my back while probably playing on their phone. Michaela was amazing, in one appointment I have range of motion I didn’t know I had, and she knows her stuff. She walked me through the muscles and what she was doing. She can feel the muscles aches and tense spots without being told. Thank you, glad to have found this place!
Tried for the first time here for a massage. It’s a house turned business. Comfortable environment. Accepts work insurance claims. Will come back and try other services as well that is well reviewed online. Thanks!
