The process went smoothly and our concerns were addressed promptly and professionally.
Village Roof has completed their roof inspection. Jesus arrived early am in the rain to meet the adjuster who had not rescheduled the appointment, just in case. They went above and beyond in customer service and have not even received insurance approval for our home.
So everything started off great which is why the 2 star and not 1. Jesus showed up on time and did an estimate. After receiving and signing the estimate I felt as though I was being ghosted. I sent a text saying I signed the estimate and would like to schedule and heard nothing. Six days later sent another text asking if I needed to do something else because I still haven't heard anything which was followed by a text saying I needed to sign something again.
