We could not get a person on the phone or in contact consistently during stay and now after to discuss issues! Rental was just ok. But worst was last night when carbon monoxide monitor began beeping - low battery signal- and then no response from help line to alleviate! Told to wait til am! Eventually figured it out on our own. Found monitor to be over 20 years old in process. Clearly not up to date on maintenance ! Still waiting on call from office after numerous attempts to discuss !
Horrible experience - Village Realty sent PEST CONTROL to spray our home, DURING OUR STAY, WITHOUT NOTICE, WHILE WE WERE OUT OF THE HOME. I called management 2 days ago and haven't heard back, they're avoiding me. I've gotten no explanation or apology. Just silence. After the first night we received a text asking how our stay was going. I replied and said it was great, but that we had noticed some small ants in the kitchen.
