Rude and Lacking – This company is one of the worst realty offices. They never return calls or send emails when they say they will. They are not willing to work with you if you have any pets, even though you are the one that will be paying the fees for the rental. Ann is very rude and rushes callers off the phone saying she will call back and never does. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Their priority is not the customer. They are extremely hard to work with.
