Omari the maintenance man that came to repair the drywall at my apartment was very professional and did an excellent job. Thank you Omari.
Be sure you get a very clear understanding as to what is required to get 100% deposit refund because they will keep your money for stupid crap. for example, they charged me for light bulbs that were never in the apartment when I rented it. They did not blow out or break, there simply were only one in each ceiling fan when I moved in and there was only one left in there when I moved out. However, they charged me ten bucks for light bulbs. Even if you clean they will find a way to charge you. that is funny to me because o... read more
