Stop cheating tenants out of money. Does property owners know how dishonest they are???Hmmm
Be sure you get a very clear understanding as to what is required to get 100% deposit refund because they will keep your money for stupid crap. for example, they charged me for light bulbs that were never in the apartment when I rented it. They did not blow out or break, there simply were only one in each ceiling fan when I moved in and there was only one left in there when I moved out. However, they charged me ten bucks for light bulbs. Even if you clean they will find a way to charge you. that is funny to me because o... read more

I understand that some folks don’t qualify for certain companies but these folks basically saw us coming and desperate. Took our money and we’ve yet to hear from anyone. I have no respect for people with no professionalism a simple written or verbal yes or no that’s all I would have asked for. Just like everything in life things happen for a reason and blessings came my families way I regardless thank you but no thank you ��
