Incredibly difficult to contact, the team that is supposed to handle non-maintenance-related issues does not return messages in a timely manner and you are unable to communicate with them through the portal
Worst condo management company. Do not recommend. Poor to no communication. This company is a glorified bank collecting tenants’ money while providing zero services. Look elsewhere for your community’s management needs.

Hi there! Your tenants in 4805 Irving keep throwing stuff at their fence. There’s chocolate that is harmful to pets and I just got drenched with a liquid they threw at the fence while I was working in my yard. Please ask them to stop. When to ask politely but they refused to open the door
If there were negative stars, that is what this company would get because Jenn Garrett is one of the worst business professionals I have ever had to interact with. My partner and I used to live at Lofts at 30. This building was sold to the company Jenn works for and she did everything in her power to misread our lease and scam us out of our REFUNDABLE deposit and pet deposit.
