We always are happy with the customer service and the quality of homes we get from Village properties. This time we needed two large homes close together and Nicole was very helpful and the whole experience was very positive!
I have stayed at #9 Coyote twice, and each time, it is very clean, and inviting. You can see the attention to detail, and that Village properties takes extra time to create a warm environment. They have towels folded perfectly on each bed, and have the hot tub keys laid out and accessible. Our group of 6 adults, 2 kids and 2 dogs stayed in Caldera Springs for three nights. We really enjoyed the location right next to the gold course, the spaciousness and cleanliness of the house, the hot tub and fireplace. We were told out of sustainability reasons, they stopped putting out little shampoo bottles - I wish they would just offer bigger, refillable bottles so we didn't have to bring our own.
