This is my first visit to Sunriver. The location is excellent. It's basically a playground for all ages. The home was in a great location and had everything you need. Definitely recommend.
We recently stayed at one of your properties 15 White Elm in Sunriver and wanted to share some feedback from our visit. While we had a wonderful time overall and truly enjoyed the beautiful location, there were a few areas where the home could benefit from some updates and improvements. The upstairs primary bedroom did not have blinds on the front-facing windows, which impacted both privacy and comfort. This management company is a joke. Greedy people charging top dollar for less than trailer park services. They slack big time. Years of poor management and aweful communication. Total manipulation. They work you for your money, do as little as possible, and are NOT eager to help or basically just do their job. BAD choice, they should be ashamed for being so lazy, greedy and negligent
Super disappointed the air conditioning was broken for our stay and Village Properties did not return calls for service recovery efforts.
