When it comes to communicating, don’t expect it. They don’t ever answer the phone, and if something is broken in your apartment. They’ll definitely be ignoring you. They also don’t give you a notice if they will be know if doing any remodeling they have a pool but it is usually “under maintenance” the apts are super hot and he doesn’t care even if you have health issues it’s not his problem. Everyone is titled to their own opinion, but my experience hasn’t been A very good one.
I have had many property management companies in my day, and to be honest I would never leave a review unless it was worth my time. Since I have been in my home(renting through village properties ) , they have been the most responsive, respectful, management I have come across. If I tell them that I have an issue, Tiffany is quick to respond to not only me, but to their maintenance guy, and get him out either the same day or the next day. Village Properties has been managing my rental since 2016. Greg has always been on top of any issues that have came up. He found me the perfect tenant that hasn’t ever missed a payment and they take care of the home beautifully. His vetting process is amazing. Thank you Greg!
