RecommendedJust had Village Pools install a new liner in our pool. They really did a great job and at a great price. I have been dealing with Village pools for several years now and will continue and highly recommend them.
A little over a year ago, I took delivery of a Caldera spa from Village. It gets a lot of use and has worked great up until a few weeks ago. The controller's touchscreen display went out leaving no way to operate or monitor the spa. I put a call in to Glen and told explained the situation. He told me someone would be out in a day or two. I have had two pools from Village Pools! Glen and his team are great. The job gets done on a timely basis. No delays between the different stages of construction. From digging, forming,lining, to concrete. My current pool Is beautiful! And despite the frustrations that Mother Nature creates Village Pools manages to get the job done!
Very poor customer service. Unhelpful and VERY unfriendly.
We had Village Pools design and build a lagoon style pool for us and it is an oasis. We are in our 5th year now and Glen and his staff offer terrific service and attention. We highly recommend them.
