RecommendedHighly recommend Village Pool and Spa! Dick and his wife were so amazing to work with on the purchase of our hot tub. They offered a quick install, thorough explanation on all the chemicals and upkeep and were always available for our follow up questions. We also use them for all of our pool needs, their expertise is always very helpful. The customer service they provide is top notch. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
the manager/owner was rude and tried to charge me more than what an item was marked. i called ahead to see if they had a vacuum in stock. i arrived, the box was missing 5 out of 11 tubes. the owner "located them" out back in the garage. they were dirty although I was assured it had not been returned. I then noted there were no directions and the owner asked "why would you need them.?" lastly the item rang up over $150... the box has a dusty priced sticker of $85....i questioned it and he told me that was an old price and pro... read more

Dick and his staff have always gone above and beyond to help me. I have both an above ground pool and small hot tub and they have been helpful in making sure both run smoothly. Great people and great service.
Great owners and staff. They offer Pristine Blue which we find is much better than chlorine.
Warning! I bought a hot tub here and it's been the worst experience I've ever had! The spa was scratched and I had problems with it within the first two weeks of owning it! The customer service was nothing short of a disaster and they are no longer a dealer for Caldera spas, this should tell you something!!! I eventually had to resort to going to small claims court and won my case. If you do not want to have my same experience and I hope you don't, there are much better choices near by.
