The overall experience was terrible. There was no communication with me or my insurance company which led to my claim not be paid in full. I will never trust this dealership again due to their dishonesty and unwillingness to help. I would leave message after message for Brandon (manager). He would not return calls despite the multiple messages that were left on his personal voicemail. Requests to send information to my insurance company were handled slowly or not at all in most cases. worst of the worst, went in for oil change, suggested add ons, declined, o.k. started at $69.00 minus $10.00 coupon on synthetic=$59.00. after all said and done tells me $126.02, said whay, 5,000 mile oil change, RIP-OFFS TO THE MAX, WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANY BODY, SAID NEXT TIME TO TELL THEM OIL CHANGE ONLY, THOUGHT THAT IS WHAT I SAID, O/L/F BEWARE.

had our 2020 highlander serviced last week. my husband was treated very rudely. the service person recommended the tires be balanced and aligned. he said this is done after 1 year. we have had the car for 6 months with 16,000 miles My husband had it done but after work no one let him know the service was done and tires. only after waiting for the car an employee escorted him to the cashier. no conversation about tires or service just get the money quickly. my husband was very upset over his disrespect ful treatment and in le... read more

The paint on my 2011 RAV4 is bad. Toyota knows about it and say they are going to fix it. But... I can’t get the service manager at Village Point Toyota to take or return my calls about what I have to do next to get the paint fixed. Very frustrating!

If you visit Village Pointe Toyota definitely see Graham he is very professional and honest and truly cares about the customers. He did everything he could to make sure we were happy and comfortable with our purchase. When we had questions he answered. We had to leave our vehicle to get some things it needed done and he kept me up to date the whole time even answered my texts and calls when he was out of the office. We are so thankful for his great customer service.
