The receptionist, especially when answering calls, is extremely rude, impatient, and dismissive nearly every single time I call to make appointments. She has even hung up on me. Dr. Coffey is pretty great though and we have seen her for many years.
My daughters have been seeing Dr Dek since birth and my oldest is about to turn 8. Sadly, we are now faced with needing to find a new pediatrician due to the billing department being absolutely awful. I wrote a letter and sent it to the office with attention to Dr Dek but received no response. I’m not even sure if she received it or if she’s aware of the issue. Very sad that after my kids becoming comfortable here and coming for so long that we are faced with this decision over something that has nothing to do with their car... read more
