My daughters have been seeing Dr Dek since birth and my oldest is about to turn 8. Sadly, we are now faced with needing to find a new pediatrician due to the billing department being absolutely awful. I wrote a letter and sent it to the office with attention to Dr Dek but received no response. I’m not even sure if she received it or if she’s aware of the issue. Love this place. Great staff, inviting office. Dr Andresen is the best.
I have been taking my kids here since my firstborn was a newborn! He is now 5 and I have nothing but great things to say about them. Dr. Andresen is our primary pediatrician and he is so sweet and great with my kids! We have had other doctors occasionally see them and they are also incredibly nice. All staff is welcoming and very kind! Even through billing issues and losing our insurance, they handle it all with grace. 🫶
Dr. DiRenzo-Coffey is absolutely wonderful! She has become a trusted partner in our parenthood journey. Her beside manner is filled with patience for all our questions which she answers with great detail, no matter how small. Her support staff are in lock-step providing a consistently splendid experience. An excellent team and we think any parent should be lucky to have found them. But that is not all!!!
