We have gone to this office, probably for 10 years or more. We trusted Dr. Raphael with everything because he is a top notch, podiatrist and surgeon. However, this new upper line Health company that Village Podietry has merged with the office. Staff is very poor whether it be customer service through the phone or in person, highly disappointed
