The doctor seems like a good doctor and listens. I went for a physical which my insurance always covers in full. However this office charged me for a new patient fee that I had to pay because insurance has never seen this charge. The office says they always charged this fee so I paid for this fee. I’m not going back here because who knows what other fees they will try to charge me next time. I had never had to paid for a new patient fee anywhere else besides here so BE AWARE!
Not a friendly atmosphere among entry into the lobby and front desk. The front desk receptionist seems annoyed when asking for information and annoyed for doing her job; there are only two patients present. She also plays music from her Bluetooth speaker that is too loud and very obnoxious. No initiative to be professional or at least act like it.
Friendly professional staff to greet you upon arrival. Dr Yang was very thorough and had a good beside manner!
Friendly office with great MD experience. Options were given for my complex issue. There is actually a plan of care her
